RETURN / EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
Because of overseas shipment, we want to limit returns as much as possible. That's why we encourage to resell items on second hand platforms such as Depop, Ebay, Vinted and others.
If this is not an option, VERSEAS allows returns according to the policy outlined below.
POLICY REQUIREMENTS
✦ Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date you received your order. VERSEAS does not offer return labels, the client can choose their preferred shipping agency to return the parcel to our Brussels or Chengdu studio.
✦ All returned merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.
✦ Please ensure all returned items are well packaged. If returning footwear, please make sure the shoebox is packed with an outer layer. As the shoebox is part of the product, we will not accept returned footwear with a damaged shoebox.
✦ If returning designer bags and accessories, all packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, tags and box should be included with your return.
✦ Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.
✦ If you have requested for a refund, the original shipping fee and taxes/duties of your order will not be refunded.
✦ If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.

Upon dispute, VERSEAS reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases. Returns fees are not covered by VERSEAS. The customer is in charge of covering the cost of the return package, including all custom fees if applicable.
If you have requested for an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. If we do not have stock for the size you requested for exchange, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returning from the UK / USA?
Please clearly mark your package "Returned goods, no commercial value." - gift, in order to minimise the risk of customs charges at the UK/US border. This is key in the early stages of your return package.
Refunds
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, VERSEAS will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Exchanges
It is possible to exchange your item. Once your have successfully returned your parcel to our Brussels our Chengdu office, VERSEAS will send you the new parcel. Make sure to always reach out before to business@verseas.co so we can arrange this together.
Damaged items
Every item should arrive without any flaws, we want our customers to love their purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please reach out via our contact page or at our Customer Service at business@verseas.co as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
