How can I check the status of my order?

You can see the status or your order in account.verseas.co

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number for the VERSEAS tracking page.

I’m not sure what size I am. Could you help me choose?

Asian sizing tends to fit smaller than Western sizing, so we generally recommend choosing one size up from your normal size. However, this is not a foolproof method. 

The best way to know the correct size is to measure yourself and compare your measurements to the sizing chart of your chosen item.

Sizing charts are listed under the product description of each item. Please know that due to body and style differences, choosing the right size is ultimately up to you. 

Where do you ship from?

Our designers send out the parcels from their specific location in Asia, in support with our shipping partner.

Shipping takes around 10 business days & VERSEAS covers all import fees. More info on our Shipping Page!

I saw an item the other day on VERSEAS but now it’s sold out.

As there are a lot of limited items, once an item is sold out it’s often gone for good.

Since our designers are not corporations, they move on to creating new collections. If there’s an item you love we highly recommend getting it while you can!

I want to return or exchange an item, what do I do?

Please see our Return & Exchange Policy. All steps can be found on this page. You have 14 days starting when your parcel is delivered.

It’s been over 14 days since I received my item(s), can I still return/exchange them?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items after 14 days of you receiving them.

As per our Return & Exchange Policy, the 14-day automatic countdown starts once your order is marked delivered.

For example, if your order is delivered on the 4th but you’re away until the 10th, your 14-day countdown still ends on the 18th (4th + 14 days).

When the countdown has run out, you will no longer be able to request a return or exchange in your VERSEAS account for those item(s).

Your items don’t have to reach us by the 18th, but you need to make a request in your account by then.

I’ve lost the original packaging, can I still return or exchange my item(s)?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items without the original undamaged packaging.

As per our Return & Exchange Policy, all items must be in resalable condition, including all tags and original packaging. This includes security tags, shoeboxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, etc.   

My order is missing item(s), incorrect, or damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us at business@verseas.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  •  Your order number (°V#XXXX).
  • Photographs of the item(s). For damaged or defective items, we will contact the designer directly.
  • All related references and relevant information.

Do you have any physical stores?

We don’t, but hopefully one day! We’re currently in talks with retailers and distributors. Once we’re 100% sure we will definitely announce it.
